2. Health Selfie Tool
The Health Selfie tool is a combined self-assessment tool comprising five validated health assessments. By using this tool, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks and limitations associated with uncovering upsetting information or discovering previously unknown health issues. There is also a possibility that scoring well on these assessments may inaccurately lead you to believe that your overall health is satisfactory. This self-assessment serves as a preliminary evaluation but does not substitute for a comprehensive medical assessment. 3. Services
We provide independent online nursing services in Australia, including self-health assessments, consultations, and wellness plans. Our core offering is the premium Support Package, which includes:

4.1 Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Our services are not a substitute for comprehensive medical care. We strongly recommend that you use our services in conjunction with consultations with your General Medical Practitioner (GP) or other relevant health professionals.
4.2 No Guarantee: While we strive to provide strategies to help reduce the risk of developing lifestyle chronic diseases, we cannot guarantee prevention of all chronic diseases. Following a plan issued by Launch Longevity does not ensure you will not develop any diseases.
4.3 Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any diseases you may develop. Our services are intended to supplement, not replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4.4 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for services supplied by professionals or practitioners advertised on our site. Any engagement with these third parties is at your own risk.

5.2 Consent: By using our services, you acknowledge that there are more comprehensive ways of getting a health assessment through your General Medical Practitioner. You consent to receive our limited online nursing services with this understanding.
